摘要

Abstract

In order to study the shear mechanism and characteristics of stay ring under unbalanced hydraulic thrust of spiral case, a 3-D nonlinear model based on an actual hydropower project is set up to calculate and analyze the influences of different factors on the shear capacity of stay ring, such as the plane angle of cushion layer. The results show that the influence of angle of cushion layer in meridional section on the shear can be ignored, but the influences of plane angle of cushion layer, expansion joint, thrust ring, cushion rigidity coefficient and friction coefficient are greater to be paid close attention' in the design of stay ring structure.
