Abstract
Rock-mass stability of underground powerhouse caverns is a key technical problem. This paper discusses the development of deformation and damages of the rock-mass surrounding the downstream arch of the underground powerhouse and its complicated poor geological condition. An analysis on this phenomenon is presented in terms of its geological properties and numerical calculations. Reinforcement measures are suggested and their effects are evaluated by using safety monitoring data.关键词
