摘要

Abstract

Four kinds of samples of POM,Potassium Titanate whisker reinforced POM(ZA343),PA66 and Potassium Titanate whisker reinforced PA66(ZN262B) were prepared by injection molding.The effects of processing parameters were investigated by the control variable method.The results show that: compared with POM and PA66,the tensile strength of ZA343 and ZN262B increase by 53.8% and 87.1%; when injection temperature is 210℃ ,mold temperature is 90℃ ,injection pressure is 55 MPa,the tensile strength of ZA343 is 89.1 MPa.When injection temperature is 315℃ ,mold temperature is 60℃ ,and the injection pressure is 60 MPa,the tensile strength of ZN262B reaches to 127.6 MPa.
