相容剂马来酸酐-苯乙烯接枝聚丙烯的制备及性能研究
Study on the Properties of Polypropylene Grafted with Maleicanhydride and Styrene and Its Preparation

Abstract
Polypropylene grafted with maleic anhydride and styrene(PP-g-(MAH-co-St)was prepared by melt grafting,the effects of monomer content,initiator content,reaction temperature,reaction time on the grafting rate(GMAH),melt flow rate(MFR) and tensile strength of PP-g-(MAH-co-St) were investigated,and PP-g-(MAH-co-St) was characterized by FTIR.The results show that: when the mass fraction ratio of PP:MAH:St:DCP is 100:6:6:0.4,reaction temperature is 180°c and reaction time is 3 min,the GMAH,MFR and the tensile strength of PP-g-(MAH-co-St) is 1.51%,55.28 g/10min,and 26.72 Mpa respectively.Infrared analysis shows that MAH and St have been grafted onto PP.关键词
