摘要

Abstract

Soybean protein isolate(SPI)was modified by microwave radiation and maleic anhydride(MA)graft technology, then plascitized by glycerol and water, and a kind of SPI biodegradable material was obtained through hot pressing molding.The effects of microwave power, time, and MA addition on the mechanical property, water resistance, and optical properties of material were studied.The microstructures of the material were observed with scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the modified SPI biodegradable material has a good network structure.The comprehensive properties of composites are optimal, such as the tensile strength is 11.48 MPa, the elongation at break is 240.3%, the water absorption is 33.4%, and the light transmission rate is 39.5%.
