摘要

Abstract

Under the consideration of the restriction conditions such as the available water supply, economic-social water demand, ecological water demand, etc., a regional multi-objective model of water resources optimal allocation is established, and then the general layout of the water allocation for the reception basin of Datonghe River-to-Huangshuihe River Water Diversion Project is readjusted and optimized based on the solution with GAMS (General Algebraic Modeling System). Furthermore, the investment scale of the project is estimated, so as to support the overall building of the moderately prosperous society and the realization of the great-leap-forward development of the eastern urban group therein along the mainstream of Huangshuihe River, and then provide the safety guarantee of the water supply for the new development strategy of the urbanization, industrialization and agricultural industrialization along the river, furthermore, fully exert and enhance the comprehensive benefits of the socio-econo-my and the eco-environment from Datonghe River-to-Huangshuihe River Water Diversion Project.
