Abstract
A brief introduction in the food harmful to human health, the more serious of several pathogenic bacteria ,such as Salmonella, E. coli, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Listeria Jun Deng; and introduce a number of food safety testing technology and methods, such as Gas chromatography, immunization technology, gene probe technology.关键词
