摘要
Abstract
The method is established for the determination of Methylmercury in Sea Cucumber Oral Liquid by Capillary GC. The separation was achieved by using WBI injection port, Capillary GC column DB-5(weak polarity,30m ×0.53 mm × 0.5 μm), ECD detector. Injecton port temperature: 200℃, flow of carrier gas:10 mL/min, column oven temperature: 100℃ keep 2 min, then 5℃/min up to 230℃, detector temperature: 300℃. The method is accurate, rapid and convenient. The results indicate that the recovery is more than 85%, RSD is less than 3.0% and the working curve of Methylmercury is in the linear range 0.1 μ g/mL- 1.0 μ g/mL.关键词
