Abstract
Establish a method to determination of synthetic colorants in non-fermentedbean products by HPLC. extraction of synthetic colorants with Anhydrous ethanol - ammonia.Use Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6mm ×150mm, 5 μ m ) ; Mobile phase: methanol-0.02mol / L ammonium acetate; Gradient elution with a flow rate of 1.0ml/min, column temperature: 35℃, detection wavelength: 254nm. Be detected under this chromatographic conditions, results show that the method recoveries were 90%, method minimum detection limits were 0.02mg/kg. This method can effectively detect the content of synthetic colorants in non-fermented bean products.关键词
