我国护理学博士研究生教育培养目标定位的探索性研究
Exploratory study on location of education and training objectives for nursing doctoral students in China

Abstract
Objective: To probe into the location of education and training objectives for nursing doctoral students in China, so as to lay the foundation for systematic research and demonstration of nursing doctoral graduate education training objectives. Methods: Delphi expert consultation method was used. On the basis of literature research, theory analysis and qualitative interview,two kinds of culture types(science degree,professional degree) questionnaires were formed which contained four kinds of role location items and 20 kinds of role function alternative items. 44 experts who engaged the nursing education,nursing management and clinical nursing were invited for attending the consult, using Likert 5 level scale to evaluate it. Results: After two rounds of consults,the experts reached a consensus; There were two kinds of roles location (nursing researchers, nursing educators) in nursing Dr. with science degree, which played 11 kinds of roles function;and nursing Doctorate with professional degree performed 4 roles location(nursing practitioner, educator, manager, and researcher) and played 18 role functions. Conclusion .-Science degree and professional degree training objectives location should have different emphases. Science degree in nursing doctoral students education goal should be positioned in the cultivation of high - level care research and education talents,and professional degree of nursing doctoral post graduate education should focus on cultivating high - level expertises in the nursing practice field.关键词
