枯草芽孢杆菌D-29拮抗作用及其抗菌蛋白特性研究OACSTPCD
Antagonistic Effect of Bacillus subtilis D-29 and Characterization of its Antifungal Protein
枯草芽孢杆菌D-29是从地肤根内分离获得的一株生防细菌,为进一步了解D-29的生防特性,采用平板对峙法测定其抑菌谱并对其抑菌蛋白进行了研究.结果表明,该菌对番茄灰霉病菌、玉米大斑病菌等11种植物病原真菌均具有抑制作用,其中对玉米大斑病菌的抑菌效果最好,抑制率为54.6%确定80%饱和硫酸铵为最佳盐析饱和度,获得的粗提蛋白耐高温,对有机溶剂和紫外光照不敏感,耐酸不耐碱.
Biocontrol bacterial strain Bacillus subtilis D-29 was isolated from the root of Kochia scoparia. To gain valuable information for antagonistic effect, inhibition spectrum of D-29 was tested by plates inhibition methods and its antifungal protein was studied.
