Abstract
A new socialist countryside construction must adhere to the guidance of scientific outlook on development, to the decision of the Party's 17th session of the sixth plenary session. The new socialist countryside characteristics construc tion is to develop rural stability, prosperity and harmony by the utilization of rural resources and rural advantages. It has theoretical and practical significance to reflect on characteristic construction of new socialist countryside.关键词
