On Aging Population in Shanxi Province
摘要
Abstract
Shanxi has already entered the aging society, which has caused widespread attention. Therefore, it's necessary to predict the development trend of aging population in Shanxi. This paper make four suggestions to deal with the arrival of the aging population, namely, the timely adjustment oF the birth policy; to encourage social investment in nursing facil ities for the elderly; to develop multi-level social security system ; timely adjustment of retirement age.关键词
