Abstract
Mainly from the social and historical background of cultural and ideological and theoretical perspective of Marxist analysis of legal and cultural origins of reasons, including Marx and Engels in which the prevailing social and historical conditions, Ma- rx and Engels thought the legal process of change, thus clarifying the law of Marxism the origins of culture is the result of many factors, it is the outstanding achievements of human culture, law, and the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the solid foundation of legal culture.关键词
