Abstract
During the Anti-Japanese War, the Shandong Base Area suffered serious natural disasters and the enemy＇s curses, which resulted in great famine. The Party and the Government of Shandong Base Area took a lot of useful measures in time, on the one hand, they put relief and satisfied the people＇s urgent need, on the other hand, they led the people to expand production and enrich their wealth. The campaign of relief famine of the base area not only laid the foundation for overcoming famine and winning victory of the war, but also promoted social progress.关键词
