伴发腰骶椎隐性脊柱裂女性不孕症的内分泌研究
Endocrine Study on Women Infertility with Lumbosacral Vertebrae Spina Bifida Occulta

Abstract
Objective:To determine the impact of spina bifida occulta (SBO) on the endocrinosity of infertile women. Methods; Clinic data of 1681 female patients with infertility were analyzed retrospectively,among whom 1242 cases with SBO (Group SBO) and 439 cases without SBO( Group NSBO). 180 healthy women at the same age grades (serum hormone assays in 60 cases were respectively performed in follicular phase, ovulation period and luteal phase) were included as control group. Serum hormone assays( FSH, LH, E2 ,P, PRL and T) in follicular phase, ovulation period and luteal phase were compared among the three groups, and the above 6 values were contrastive analyzed between patients with primary infertility and those with secondary infertility in group SBO. Results: There was no statistical difference in the serum hormone levels (FSH, LH, E2,P, PRL and T) in each phase between group NSBO and group N (P＞0.05).The serum hormone levels in each phase of group SBO were all statistical different from the rest both groups (P＜0.05, P＜0.01, respectively). There was no significant difference in serum P level in follicular phase and ovulation period between primary and secondary infertility subgroups in group SBO (P＞0.05), There were significant difference in the serum hormone levels( FSH, LH, E2 ,PRL and T) between primary and secondary infertility subgroups in group SBO (P＜0.05,P＜0.01 respectively). Conclusions; SBO plays a key role on endocrine disorder in women with infertility.关键词
