On transformation of management mode of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province
摘要
Abstract
Equipment manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of Liaoning Province, which has tremendous development basis and acquires remarking achievements. But there are still many restricting factors of management mode of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province. Hence, equipment manufacturing enterprises must break through the simplex development concept of acquiring competitiveness by technology, adapt to the evolution trends of cyberization, greenization, flexibility, integration and alliance, and take customer resource as center, optimize production and service sectors, in order to buildup mordem organizational management mode which has core competitiveness.关键词
