内幕交易规制制度的问题及其完善
On problems and perfection of regulating institution of insider trading
摘要
Abstract
The harm of insider trading on security market in China goes without saying, and to crack down insider trading is imperative. The "Proposals on Cracking Down, Preventing and Controlling Insider Trading in Capital Market according to Law" published in 2010 arranges comprehensively and disposes totally on cracking down, preventing and controlling insider trading by law, which shows that the government pays high attention to strictly crack down insider trading. However, insider trading is still repeated time and again. According to this phenomenon, the problems of regulation institution of insider trading are pointed out, and countermeasures are proposed, in order to maintain the stable order of security market in China, and to protect the interests of investors.关键词
