摘要

Abstract

An oil-in-water(O/W) system for Venezuela ultra heavy oil viscosity reduction was prepared using an active macromolecule coating viscosity reducer for the static stability of the system. The effects of different types of viscosity reducers, oil-water ratio, temperature and stirring speed on the static stability of the viscosity reduction system were investigated by the apparent viscosity. Under the conditions of 0.15%(mass fraction) coating viscosity reducer, 10 : 3 oil-water volume ratio, 25 ℃ and 1 500 r/min stirring speed, the apparent viscosity of the heavy oil keeps less than 1 000 MPa·s after 60 days. The experimental results indicate that the O/W ultra heavy oil viscosity reduction system prepared by coating viscosity reducer has good static stability.
