Abstract
The bona fide acquisition system of usufructuary and security interest are introduced and analyzed.The scope of right over the property of another in the scope of the application of the bona fide acquisition is clearly defined,to improve the institutional system of bona fide acquisition,and to achieve the balance of interests between the protection of ownership and transaction security.关键词
