Abstract
The reasons for the empty-nest phenomenon of rural primary and secondary are analyzed.To improve the degree of concern for basic education in rural areas and reform rural education,some countermeasures are put forward.The purpose is to return the proper position to rural basic education,and guarantee rural primary and secondary school students have equal and fair right to be educated.关键词
