Research and Development of Bacteria Film Specimens for -Dynamic Batch-culture Slides
摘要
Abstract
The specimen slide of bacterium occupies a crucial position in the teaching process of pathogenic biology, which requires a great quantity of the permanent specimen slide. The process of making specimen slide with clean background, uniform distribution, bright dyed, clear physical image, typical shape, complete structure, accurate size, inerratic arrangement, effort and efficiency, less consumption, low cost, permanent preservation are rigmarole, the requirement is very strict in technology. The above requirements are satisfied by dynamic slide culturation which produce permanent specimen films massively in this paper. Furthermore, it has achieved good effects in the preservation of specimen and the improvement of teaching quality.关键词
