The Personnel Training Mode for the Specialty of Education in Colleges and Universities
摘要
Abstract
Under the guidance of the overall spirit of the national basic education, the basic education of the Fujian Haixi Economic Zone has integrated with the Haixi culture, forming the basic education with regional characteristics. It has become an important issue to quicken the pace of reform and development of the regional basic education of Haixi to raise the level of regional basic education of Haixi quickly. Therefore, as the leading role of training primary school teachers for Haixi, Jimei University has been making an innovative research on the personnel training mode for primary school education, which involves modifying the training programs of basic education, developing skill-based educational personnel, improving the function of basic education practice, raising practice education personnel, improving the research on basic education and cuhivating academic educational talents, innovated the training mode of primary education of the colleges and universities in Haixi and met the requirements made by the development of the Haixi basic education course reform.关键词
