On the First-person Narrative Strategy in A Letter from an Unknown Woman by Stephen Zweig
摘要
Abstract
A Letter from an Unknown Woman is one of the representative works of the famous Austrian novelist Stephen Zweig. By Epistolary format of the first-person monologue, the novel tells the love stories in a woman's life. This novel described the relationship between self-experience and self-narrative by the method of the first-person narrative perspective of inner-focus. It demostrates the author's narrative skills from perspective of unfamiliarization of the first person narrative, and it explores the construction of women based on gender myth from the first person narrative.关键词
