2型糖尿病患者Pentraxin-3与尿白蛋白相关性的研究
Relationship between Pentraxin-3 and urinary albumin in type 2 diabetic patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relation of Pentraxin-3 (PTX3)and urinary albumin in type 2 diabetic patients, and to study the value of Pentraxin-3 in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods One hundred and fifteen patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into three groups according to UAER including normo-albuminuria, micro-albuminuria and macro-albuminuria. Pentraxin-3, FPG, lipids, HS-CRP and GGT were measured. Result PTX3 in micro-albuminuria was significantly higher than that in normo-albuminuria (P < 0.01). PTX3 in macro-albuminuria was significantly higher than those in normo-albuminuria and micro-albuminuria (P < 0.01). PTX3 was positively correlated with UAER(r = 0.667,P< 0.01). Age, FPG, TG, GGT and HS-CRP were statistically different between three groups(P < 0.05). Conclusions PTX3 was associated with albuminuria, PTX3 is helpful to the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. PTX3 could play an important role for the increased risk of type 2 diabetic patients.关键词
