尖锐湿疣患者人乳头瘤病毒检测分型结果分析
Analysis on the genotyping results of HPV detection for 53 cases of condyloma acuminata patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the subtype distribution and characteristics of the HPV types of condyloma acuminata (CA) in Yichun district, Jiangxi Province. Methods The object of study was patients from Tonggu and Fengxin county and Yuanzhou district of Yichun, Jiangxi. The HPV DNA detection and genotyping was done through GP-PCR and nucleotide sequencing. Results Among 53 cases of biopsy specimen of the wart tissue collected, 30 cases were Type 3 HPV DNA subtype, 15 cases of Type 11 (50.0%), 13 cases of Type 6 (43.3%) and 2 cases of Type 16 (6.7%). The total positive rate was 56.6% (30/53), and 93.3% of the cases, that is, 28 cases were low risk type (the Type 6/11). Conclusion The local CA patients are HPV unitary type infection. HPV 11, 6 is the majority and is the superior subtype of CA.关键词
