三维可视化技术在宫颈癌诊治中的应用初探
Application of three-dimensional visualization technology in diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer

Abstract
Objective To establish pelvic three-dimensional (3D) visualization digital model in cervical cancer patients, to explore the application value of 3D visualization technology in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer. Methods Based on pelvic CT scan data, we partitioned images and reconstructed them in three dimensions in abdominal 3D medical visualization system, then imported the reconstructed model into FreeForm Modeling System to smoothen, colorize, transparentize and rotate, to ultimately get 3D visualization model. Results The female pelvic 3D images of cervical cancer patients were successfully reconstructed, including main organs in pelvic cavity, vessels, cervical neoplasm, and nutritient vessels supplying the tumor, the spatial relationship of uterus and neighboring organs can be observed from any angles. Conclusion The pelvic 3D visualization digital image model reconstructed by abdominal 3D visible system can provide certain reference evidence for staging cervical cancer and clinical treatment, furthermore, pave the way for research of surgical simulation.关键词
