热休克蛋白70血清表达水平与广西巴马地区人群长寿的相关性研究
Correlation between the serum level of HSP70 and human longevity in Bama county in Guangxi district

Abstract
Objective To investigate the serum level of heat shook protein 70 (HSP70) in Bama county of Guangxi district, and to explore the association between that and human longevity. Methods 126 people with longevity in Bama county as the experimental group, and 160 people who were not in Bama county as the control group. Epidemiological survey was administered to investigate the general conditions, in which the interference factors were removed, and the expression of HSP70 in sera was measured by ELISA. Results The serum level of HSP70 in experimental group was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). Single factor analysis showed that the serum level of HSP70 was positively related to people' s age, total cholesterol level, and lower density lipoprotein level in experimental group (P< 0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that the expression of HSP70 in sera was related to people's age and blood glucose level in experimental group (P < 0.05). Conclusions The expression of HSP70 in sera was closely correlated with human longevity in Bama county.关键词
