帕洛诺司琼与阿扎司琼治疗铂类药物所致急性呕吐的成本-效果分析
Cost-effectiveness analysis of two preventing schemes for cisplatin-and oxalipatin-induced acute vomiting
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of two 5-HT3 receptor suppressant preventing schemes for cisplatin and oxalipatin-induced vomiting. Methods Patients receiving cisplatin or oxaliplatin chemotherapy were randomly divided into four groups according to the preventing schemes: Group A and Group C ( treated with palonosetron) ; Group B and Group D ( treated with azasetron). The data were analyzed using pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis. Results Response rates of prevention of acute vomiting were 85. 0% ,80. 4% for Group A and Group C ;91. 2% ,87. 7% for Group B and Group D( P >0.05 ). The costs were 925. 2, 349. 5 ,896. 3 and 235. 7 yuan for 4 Groups,respectively. Conclusions For the prevention of acute vomiting induced by cisplatin or oxaliplatin,azasetron is more optimal,granisetron may be preferable for patients with good economical condition.关键词
