新时期科技查新工作的发展策略研究
A Strategy Research on Novelty Retrieval Work in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
With the appearance of the e-science, novelty retrieval environment has changed rapidly in the new era, such as the storage resources digitization, analysis methods mechanized, business process network, information service deepness and novelty retrieval team specialization, etc. By analyzing the new situation of novelty retrieval, the paper puts forward that novelty retrieval work should be combined with the scientific research project management, the transformation of sci-tech achievements, the intelligence analysis and the information consulting. Lastly, it gives some suggestions for realizing sustainable development of novelty retrieval.关键词
