Study on the Sharing Mechanism of National Scientific and Technological Theses
摘要
Abstract
The theses generated from the scientific and technological activities funded by government are important public knowledge. In the international context of the open access, it is an urgent issue to create the sharing mechanism of these theses in order to promote sharing and spreading the public knowledge. Therefore, the author suggests that the government build the on-line sharing platform to store and share these theses, so that the social value of the scientific and technological activities can be realized. Therefore, we should create a system to require the concerning units to turn in these theses, and meanwhile, the legitimate interests of the right subjects should be respected.关键词
