我国环境规制与产业结构关系的实证研究

摘要
Abstract
On the basis of theoretical analysis, we have environmental regulation and the industrial structure in made an empirical study on the relationship between the China, with the method of combining the static and dynamic analysis of the indexes from 1985 to 2009. The results show that there is a long-term co-integration relationship between the environmental regulation and the industrial structure in China, and that the environmental regulation has different positive effects on the output value of the industry. There is no Granger causality between the output value of primary industry and the environmental regulation; however, the environmental regulation serves as the Granger causes for the change of the second industry output and the change of the tertiary industry output then acts as the Granger causes for the environmental regulation.关键词
