摘要

Abstract

In the electrical renovation process of current winding machine, on the basis of the characteristic and rule of the control system of winding tension, the fuzzy controller based on fuzzy control algorithm is designed to implement the control of constant tension for the winding process. Comparative test results show that the tension control ability of the renovated system is good, as former winding machine takes 5-6 cycles to gradually get into the constant tension slate, while only 2-3 cycles are needed to reach the same status after renovation.
