摘要

Abstract

The extraction technology of total flavonoids from Quercus acutissima Carr. leaves was optimized on the basis of one-factor teat and the antioxidation activity of flavonoids was investigated. The optimum extracting conditions were determined as follows: ethanol concentration 60% ,material-water ratio; 1: 20,extracting temperature 60 ℃ ,extracting for 2 times,microwave-power 640 W,microwave-time 2 min.and extraction time 60 min. The scavenging rates of DPPH free radical, · OH free radical and sodium nitrite were 97. 7% ,97. 6% and 94. 4% ,respectively. The results showed that the extraction technology was reasonable,the yield of total flavonoids was high,and extraction of Q. acutissima leaves had strong antioxidant activities in vitro.
