麻栎叶黄酮的提取及其抗氧化活性研究
Extraction and Antioxidation Activity of Total Flavonoids from Quercus acutissima Carr.Leaves

Abstract
The extraction technology of total flavonoids from Quercus acutissima Carr. leaves was optimized on the basis of one-factor teat and the antioxidation activity of flavonoids was investigated. The optimum extracting conditions were determined as follows: ethanol concentration 60% ,material-water ratio; 1: 20,extracting temperature 60 ℃ ,extracting for 2 times,microwave-power 640 W,microwave-time 2 min.and extraction time 60 min. The scavenging rates of DPPH free radical, · OH free radical and sodium nitrite were 97. 7% ,97. 6% and 94. 4% ,respectively. The results showed that the extraction technology was reasonable,the yield of total flavonoids was high,and extraction of Q. acutissima leaves had strong antioxidant activities in vitro.关键词
