Research Progress in the Natural Agonists for PPA Receptors
摘要
Abstract
Screening the PPARs ( peroxisome proliferatora activated receptors) agonists with low-tojricity and high-effi-ciency from natural products has become the hottest issue in the development of metabolic syndrome drugs. This article reviews on the recent research progress of natural agonists for PPARs,including the single agonist,dual agonists or pan agonists about the three subtypes of PPAR,from medical plants,food plants,compound traditional Chinese medicine and physiological activator. All of these natural products could cure and prevent diseases and regulate physiological functions through activating of PPARs.关键词
