Abstract
With teaching management delegated to the lower levels at university, division of labor in the teaching managementis more detail, that is, the university management is focusing on the macro - regulation and it plays an important role in the university management. The secondary college is very distinctive in the teaching management. The construction of this management system is favorable to the optimization of the disciplines, the disciplines' construction management, the construction and improvement of the tutorial system for the teaching quality, the perfection of the university-school two-level teaching quality supervision system and the implementation of the student-record management alert system.关键词
