摘要
Abstract
Nowadays, the research of belief, which is one of the criterion to test the effect of teacher education, has been themost valuable and important part of teacher education. Affected by pre-service teachers' previous experiences and the nature of belief in itself, English pre-service teachers' beliefs are often implicit and stable. It is essential for teacher education to examine English pre-service teachers' beliefs, and to help reconstruct them. Educational Action Research (EAR), derived from the teaching pattern of "self-reflection", has in recent years become a pedagogical theory and research method in the research and practice of educational circles in foreign counties. It is a quite suitable research method for English pre-service teachers who have not acquired any training on strict educational research. Conducting EAR during the course of teacher education programs and teaching practice place- ment can help English pre-service teachers combine their courses learning and classroom practices, and make the best of their limited field experiences in English teaching to reflect and examine their teaching beliefs so as to reconstruct their teacher beliefs and teaching behaviors.关键词
