摘要
Abstract
To cultivating the high quality creative talents is the essential task and permanent topic in college and university. Undergraduates participating in research practice plays very important role in cultivating the students' creative talents and the scientific attainments. The paper advances four management modes about undergraduates participating in participating practice, namely, the efficient guidance to carry out the tutor system for undergraduate research, the two - way selection to build the teacher - student mutual - construction research team, the feasible support to introduce the competition - motivation mechanism, and making study serve the practical purpose to promote the practice ability.关键词
