Abstract
Based on the analysis of the principle of wavelet transform,this paper studies the way of objective evaluation of commu- nication speech quality by the combination of wavelet transform and MFCC（wavelet-MFCC） ,presents the principle and flow chart of e- valuation of speech quality using wavelet-MFCC,obtains the distorted distance between the original phonetic files and the jammed pho- netic files by the way of MFCC and wavelet-MFCC respectively,and makes a correlative analysis of the distorted distance and the sub- jective evaluating result, educing the correlative coefficient and variance for each of the ways. It is proven by comparison that the wave- Iet-MFCC has a great improvement over the objective evaluation based on MFCC.关键词
