摘要
Abstract
This paper designes an embedded system of spinning break online detection. It captures images by CCD camera, and uses the technology of codec and FIFO cache to make the data transmission more effective and stable. It selects the Davinci dual-core architecture chip TMS320DM6446 which is embedded with ARM and DSP. It is used to control the peripherals equipment and image processing. The ARM is responsible for control the system and the DSP is used for the related image processing algorithms The system combines the technology of image processing and embeddes technology, and applies them to the field of spinning break detection. It achieves the real-time, high stability, low-cost spinning break detection and control system.关键词
