摘要

Abstract

On the basis of the characteristics of composite materials of UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle), ultrasonic test system is designed. Principle of the ultrasonic sensor, selection of the sensor frequency, hardware and software of data acquisition were described. Defect on glass fiber composite materials was inspected by this system. The experimental results demonstrate that the amplitude of ultrasound echo shows the defect size.
