我国动漫产业的知识产权保护研究
Research on animation industry intellectual property rights protection of our country
摘要
Abstract
In the 21st century later, a computer games, anime cartoon, product animation design as the main representative, the cartoon industry sprung up, and has become China's creative enterprise core industry, for the rapid growth of the national economy made due contributions. But the cartoon industry in the process of development still face such as intellectual property protection of the present situation of weak, which makes our cartoon industry the development step persistently struggling. This paper, from the cartoon industry and the concept of intellectual property rights,in view of the cartoon industry intellectual property protection existing problems,from the government,the animation enterprise,cartoon creator oneself such proposes strengthening cartoon industry of the intellectual property rights protection measures.关键词
