Abstract
With the development of networking communication and multimedia technology, network communication is increasingly used in the enterprise. The video conference system based on IP network has received widespread attention. In order to reduce the meeting cost and improve the efficiency, a software video conference system based on IP network is designed in this paper. The system mainly includes four functional modules: network data transmitting, audio and video sharing, data exchange, conference control and management. The functional modules are controlled and integrated to form the system by using the conference control and management module. The system make it possible to change the traditional communication style and improve the operation efficiency in public institutions and enterprises.关键词
