Hardware design of well logging data acquisition device based on ARM
摘要
Abstract
Three lateral well logging is an effective way to solve the problem of the high salinity mud logging and the logging of thin resistive layer, so the well logging tools are widely used in the oil fields. The probes and the surface data collection devices produced by different manufacturers can not be used interchangeably. To save costs and improve the working efficiency, a data acquisition device is designed with various bus interfaces of RS485, USB, CAN, and bluetooth, which uses 32-bit microcontroller with ARM as the core and utilizes CPLD to achieve Manchester encoding and decoding. Thus the device can communicate with the computer conveniently and quickly. The device has a keyboard, LCD and flash memory. The debugging and test results show that the device has the advantages of operation stability, good performance and low failure rate, which can acquire signals formed by different types of probes.关键词
