175例子宫内膜异位症患者血清CA125水平的回顾性分析

Abstract
Objective:To analysis the rate of endometrial polyps in endometriosis patients, and to investigate the relationship between serum CA125 level in endometriosis patients and symptoms ( such as dysmenorrhea) , rAFS stage, lesion sites for better interpretation of CA125 clinically. Methods :We collect clinical data of 175 patients surgically and pathologically diagnosised with endometriosis in our hospital in 2010. Results; (1 )The incidence rate of endometrial polyps in endometriosis patients was 20.0%. (2)36.6% of patients with endometriosis presented with moderate to severe dysmenorrhea, and serum CA125 level was not correlated with dysmenorrhea degree. (3)The average levels of serum CA125 in I ~ IV rAFS stage endometriosis patients were 21. 5U/ml,28. 4U/ml,38. 6U/ml and 57. lU/ml, respectively. The serum CA125 levels in M - IV stage endometriosis patients was higher than that of the I ~ H stage patients(F<0. 05) . (4) The positive rates of serum CA125 in peritoneum endometriosis, ovarian endomitriosis and mix lesions were 21. 4% ,63. 0% and 67. 4% .respectively. Serum CA125 level in patients with ovarian lesions was higher than that of the patients with peritoneum lesions (P<0. 001). Conclusions:Serum CA125 level couldn't be used to distinguish endometriosis patients with endometrial polyps. Serum CA125 level could be used to discriminate endometriosis stages and lesion sites,but lack of sensitivity in early detection of endometriosis.关键词
