摘要
Abstract
Bayes is one of the widely used reliability estimation methods. The key parameters of former probability are ascertained with Reformation and Box-Tiao methods, which depends on subjective experience. Based on multilayer Bayesian theory and test data, these parameters can be confirmed by calculation in the second maximum likelihood estimation( ML-II ). This method avoids subjective characteristic of expert experience method. Examples illustrate that the result is reliable and the method is objective and feasible.关键词
