摘要

Abstract

It is essential to control constant temperature of environment for micro/nano-measurements.A system of high-precision constant temperature measurement and control based on LabVIEW was designed,which used a separate constant temperature box structure and was constituted of a TEC(Thermoelectric Cooler),a programmable power supply,a high-precision temperature measuring instruments.Measurement and control system is established easily using graphical virtual instrument software LabVIEW and it’s PID Toolkit.The experiment and the practical data reveals that the control error of the temperature is less than 0.05°C.The goal of high-precision temperature control is achieved.
