氨基酸分析仪在菲律宾鳗鲡饲料营养研究中的应用
Application of Amino Acid Analyzer in Research of Philippine Eel’s Feed Nutrition
摘要
Abstract
To design a good feed formula for Philippine eel,the amino acid composition mode in muscle of philipins eels with different source（wild,artificial rearing in intensive fishponds or earth pond） were anaylsed with amino acid anaylyzer.Results showed that contents of amino acid in 3 groups are 15.33g.100g-1,17.05 g.100g-1,17.15g.100g-1,respectively.Contents of Essential amino acid in 3 groups are 8.01 g.100g-1,8.60 g.100g-1,8.69 g.100g-1,and the CV is 4.38%.But the ratio of EAA in TAA is stable,which is Lys：Leu：Arg：Val：Phe：Ile：Thr：His：Met：Trp=8.6：7.1：6.2：4.6：4.6：4.4：4.2：3.1：2.7：1.0.This mode should give a basis for designing Philippine eel feed.关键词
