Abstract
The Concentrations of zinc in three Insulin Injections(Insulin Injection(10mL:400u),Insulin Zinc Suspension(30R)(3mL:300u),Recombinant Human Insulin Injection(3mL:300u)) have been determined by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry(FAAS) respectively.In the optimal condition,the concentrations of zinc in the three Insulin Injections are 14.60μg/100u,14.71μg/100u and 13.26μg/100u respectively,the coefficients of variation of the three Insulin Injections are 0.46%,0.42% and 0.76% respectively.The recovery rations by three level standard additions range from 98.61% to 106.70%.FAAS can meet the needs of determining the zinc contents in insulin injections.关键词
