鸡皮中功能性极性脂质提取工艺研究
Studies on Extraction Technology of Functional Polar Lipids in Chicken Skin
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] This study is based on analysis of chicken skin for raw material and studies on extraction technology of functional polar lipids and seeks the best way to extract it, which might provide scientific theory for medical and healthy food fields. [Method] Folch method, extract through microwave and solvent extract methods were used. [ Result] Compared with Folch method, although microwave can dissolve the natural lipids, hut the result is not very satisfactory. The method takes a short time and it cant extract all polar lipids. If it takes longer time, the function of polar lipids is spoiled. But the solvent extract method can extract natural lipids and meanwhile does not cause degradation of polar lipids. So it can be applied in the future lipid extraction experiments. [ Conclusion] Through this experiment, we can compare and analyze the extract technology of functional polar lipids in chicken skin, and the result shows that the solvent extract method achieve the best effect and it can be used in the future experiment.关键词
